If you or your team runs outreach from several LinkedIn accounts, you can share one search between all of them in Replygrow. You can build your lists with a single Sales Navigator or Recruiter license instead of paying for one per account.
Create the search
To scrape a Sales Navigator or Recruiter search, switch to the account with the active license before you create the search.
- Go to Search and click Create search.
- Pick the source.
- Paste the search URL.
- Click Save Search.

Reuse the search with a different account
Switch to another account.
Go to Campaigns and click Add new campaign.
On the Leads step, choose Existing Search list.
Select your search from the Select search dropdown, then click Next.
Limits and tips
- Repeat on each account. Do these steps on every account that should use the search.
- Scrape with the licensed account. Create Sales Navigator and Recruiter searches on the account that holds the license.
