Campaign view

Open a campaign to see who is in it, what each step sends, how it performs and how it is configured. The campaign has five tabs: Audience, Steps, Reports, Settings and Integrations.

Audience

The Audience tab lists every prospect in the campaign. For each person you can see the step they are on, whether the campaign has finished for them, and their connection status.

Use the filters above the list to narrow it down by name or keyword, conversation status (such as Replied or Finished) or connection.

Steps

The Steps tab shows the campaign flow. Select a step and click Show preview to see your message on the left and the final text with placeholders replaced on the right. Use the arrows to page through real prospects. Nothing is sent from the preview.

Reports

The Reports tab shows the total sent and the responses for each step.

Below it, charts show each metric over a period you choose, such as invitations sent and accepted, acceptance rate, messages sent and received, reply rate and profiles viewed.

At the bottom, the activity feed lists each interaction in the campaign: an accepted connection request, a reply or a finished sequence.
