Replygrow automates your LinkedIn outreach. You add prospects and choose the steps to send, and Replygrow runs the campaign from your connected LinkedIn account.
This quick-start takes you from sign-up to your first running campaign in five steps:
- Create your account
- Connect your LinkedIn account
- Create a search
- Create a campaign
- Check the inbox
Step 1: Create your account
Go to the sign-up page. Click Start free with Google, or enter your name, email and password and click Start free with email. No card is required.
If you signed up with email, open the verification email and click the link. Then sign in with the same email and password.
Step 2: Connect your LinkedIn account
Enter your LinkedIn email and password, then choose the country you usually log in from. Confirm the verification code LinkedIn sends you.
Replygrow gives the account a dedicated residential proxy in the country you chose.

Step 3: Create a search
A search is your list of prospects. Pick one of five sources:
- LinkedIn search
- Sales Navigator
- Recruiter
- People who engaged with a LinkedIn post
- Your own Google Sheet

Step 4: Create a campaign
Go to Campaigns and click Add new campaign. Add your leads, then build the sequence of steps:
- View profile
- Invite to connect
- Send a message
- InMail
Review the sending schedule and launch.

Step 5: Check the inbox
When a prospect replies, the conversation appears in your Replygrow inbox. Only that person's sequence pauses. The campaign keeps running for everyone else.
You can filter the inbox by campaign, status or unread.

What to do next
- Let the account warm up. Keep the default account settings for the first two weeks. Replygrow starts with a few invitations a day and raises the number over 14 days.
- Track results. Follow how the campaign performs in the campaign view.
- Invite your team. Teammates and client logins are free. Only connected LinkedIn accounts are billed. See Team account.
