To run campaigns, Replygrow needs a connected LinkedIn account. Use this guide the first time you sign in, or whenever you add another account.
Add your LinkedIn account
After you first sign in to Replygrow, you are asked to add a LinkedIn account. To add more later, click the plus button next to the account menu.
Enter your LinkedIn Email and Password. Both must be correct for the connection to work. Replygrow encrypts your credentials.

If you are unsure about your credentials, open a private browser window and sign in to LinkedIn first.
Under Select a country from where you usually login, choose your country. The country is pre-selected from your browser settings. Click the field to choose another.
Replygrow gives the account a dedicated residential proxy in that country and connects only from there, so LinkedIn sees a familiar location.
Click Continue. Replygrow takes you to your dashboard and starts connecting.
Verify your LinkedIn account
LinkedIn usually asks you to approve a new connection. You see a banner on the dashboard.
If the banner reads LinkedIn requires email verification to continue, click Request verification code.

Open the email LinkedIn sent you and copy the 6-digit PIN. Enter it in the boxes under Enter LinkedIn security code to continue, then click Confirm.
LinkedIn can take up to 10 minutes to send the email.

LinkedIn may use other checks instead, such as an SMS PIN, two-factor authentication or approval in the LinkedIn app. Complete the one it asks for. Once the account is verified, your campaigns can run.
Fix incorrect credentials
If the email or password is wrong, the dashboard shows Incorrect LinkedIn Credentials. LinkedIn only tells Replygrow that the credentials failed, so enter both the email and the password again and click Confirm.

If you are not sure which one is wrong, test them in a private browser window on LinkedIn.
