Closely Pricing 2026: What You'll Really Pay per Account
Several Closely price lists float around the web, and most of them are out of date. Closely pricing starts at $65 per LinkedIn account a month on Starter, with white-label included. The sticker price is low. What users report is the cost behind it: restricted LinkedIn accounts, charges after they asked to cancel, and a no-refund policy. I ran Closely's trial in October 2026, and that's what kept me from paying. So here's what each plan costs today, and what to know before you hand over a card.
What Closely costs per month

You pay per LinkedIn account you connect, and each one comes with an email inbox. Extra email accounts cost nothing. Three cards sell bundles of one, three and five accounts. A fourth card is a calculator for six to 29, and from 30 you pay a single fixed price.
The plans, at the monthly rate:
| Plan | Price | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $65 per LinkedIn account a month | White-label, unlimited email accounts, no credits |
| Growth, 3 accounts | $159 a month | 3,000 credits a month |
| Essential, 5 accounts | $259 a month | 5,000 credits a month, success manager |
| Custom, 10 accounts | $439 a month | Calculator default; 6 to 29 accounts |
| Unlimited, 30+ accounts | $1,499 a month | Flat price, capped at 100 accounts |
Past five accounts, each extra one adds $36 a month. Say you run eight. The calculator puts that at $367 a month, credits not included. Grow to 25, and you pay $979. At thirty, the flat plan takes over. The numbers look good. The catch sits in the terms.
Free trial, yearly billing and coupon codes
The free trial runs seven days, and the sign-up form asks for no card. One thing it leaves out: you get no dedicated proxy until you pay. Closely tells you to stay in warm-up mode on the trial, so your account sends very little. (Replygrow, our tool, gives every trial account its proxy, in the country you pick.)
Yearly billing takes 40% off every plan. Billed yearly, Starter is $39 per account a month, and you pay the whole year up front. Under a no-refund policy, that's a year you're unlikely to get back.
Promo codes come and go with the season, so check the pricing page at checkout. Closely has also run lifetime deals on AppSumo several times, most recently from March to June 2026, and none is on sale today. One buyer reported in June 2026 that a deal stopped working, and wrote: "Meanwhile, Closely is happily running a new promotion here on AppSumo".
What each Closely plan gets you
Each plan below comes with the same billing terms and the same US-only proxy, so read the plans with those in mind.
Starter ($65 per account)
Starter covers one LinkedIn account, unlimited email accounts and white-label. It's the plan most solo sellers try first.
The catch? Starter carries no credits. You need them for the email finder, phone finder and AI lines, so the first lead you enrich costs extra.
Growth ($159 for three accounts)
Growth is the card Closely marks most popular. It runs three LinkedIn accounts and adds 3,000 credits a month, about 750 email lookups.
Here's where it gets odd. The calculator prices three accounts with no credits at the same figure, so on Growth the credits come free. If you run exactly three accounts, take Growth over the calculator. For two, the calculator's $109 is the better buy.
Essential ($259 for five accounts)
Essential runs five accounts with 5,000 credits a month and a customer success manager. For a small agency, the credits come free here too.
Add a sixth account, though, and you leave the cards for the calculator. Your price per account drops a little with each one you add, and credits are extra again.
Custom (the calculator, six to 29 accounts)
The Custom card is a slider. It opens at ten accounts, $439 a month, and you add credits on a second slider.
Ten accounts with 5,000 credits? That's $489 a month. Older review sites still quote a "$350 Custom" plan; that figure is gone.
Unlimited ($1,499 from 30 accounts)
Unlimited charges the same monthly price from thirty accounts up, with white-label and no setup fee. Billed yearly, it's $899 a month.
But "unlimited" has a limit. The FAQ promises no usage caps, while the terms cap the plan at 100 LinkedIn and 100 email accounts. Need more? You submit a request.
What you pay on top of the plan
The prices on Closely's cards are right. What they don't show is what you pay around them, and what you risk.
Credits. Finders, enrichment and AI lines run on credits, at $10 per thousand a month. On Starter and the calculator you start at zero, so you add them.
Sales Navigator. If your leads come from Sales Navigator, that seat is LinkedIn's bill, not Closely's. Count it for each account.
Cancelling, with no refunds. There's no cancel switch: the in-app button only opens a request to support. Refunds fall under what Closely calls "an unambiguous no-refund policy". Users report charges after they asked to cancel. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote in October 2026: "They still charge." Another, in August 2026: "You can't even change your payment method in-app." Several Trustpilot reviewers call it a scam.
I stayed on the trial and didn't start a paid plan. If you do buy, I'd be careful: put the renewal date in your calendar the same day.
Restrictions. Users report LinkedIn restrictions between 2022 and 2025. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote in January 2025 that "the tool got multiple LinkedIn accounts restricted". A restricted account can cost you weeks.
Price 25 accounts with 10,000 credits for enrichment, and you pay $1,079 a month, plus Sales Navigator where you need it. A restricted account or an extra month you didn't want would cost more than the gap between the two tools.
Closely pricing vs Replygrow
With Replygrow, the tool we built, you pay for safety first. Every account gets a dedicated residential proxy in the country you choose, from the first trial day, and warms up on its own over 14 days.
Then the features: InMail steps, up to 2,500 leads per Recruiter search on your own LinkedIn plan, and several accounts in one campaign. You can cancel anytime. Here's what each price includes:
| In the price | Closely | Replygrow |
|---|---|---|
| Proxy country | US only | Your choice |
| Proxy in the free trial | Not allocated | From day one |
| InMail step | Not in the builder | Every account |
| Leads per Recruiter search | Up to 1,000 | Up to 2,500 |
| Several accounts in one campaign | Not documented | Included |
| How you cancel | Request to support | Cancel anytime |
| Ten accounts, per month | $439 a month, calculator | $711 a month |
Yes, Closely costs less, at every size and on both billing periods. What Replygrow's price buys is the rest of this table: an account protected by a proxy in your own country, the InMail step Closely's builder leaves out, bigger Recruiter searches and a plan you can cancel anytime. Our pricing page has the rate for any size.
Is Closely worth the lower price?
Only if you're not worried about your account or your card. White-label on every plan and GoHighLevel are real draws for an agency. But the ratings tell the other side: it's rated 4.6 from 196 reviews on G2 and 1.4 from 79 on Trustpilot.
Here's my take. The price on the page is the good part. What you risk is the rest: an account that may not connect the first time, a campaign you can't fix once it runs, a restriction users report even at low limits, and a bill you can only stop through support. On my trial, the search only collected the first page of results. A cheap account doesn't help much if the list behind it comes up short.
Picture your agency on Growth. A client's campaign goes out with a blank variable, and you can't edit it mid-run. You rebuild it, and the renewal comes due while support looks into it. Want out at that point? You file a request, and the policy says no refund.
The Closely review covers the product in full.
Who Closely suits, and who it doesn't
It comes down to what you're buying: the lowest monthly figure, or an account and a bill you don't have to worry about.
Pick Closely if
- You want the lowest price per account and aren't worried about restrictions.
- You can live with billing that only stops through a support request.
- You need white-label from the first account and live in GoHighLevel.
Pick Replygrow if
- You're buying safety: a proxy in your country and warm-up on every account.
- You want a plan you can cancel anytime, with no billing surprises.
- You run InMail steps or large Recruiter searches.
If your LinkedIn account is where your pipeline comes from, the safer account is the cheaper one in the end. For other options, see the LinkedIn automation tools ranked.
The bottom line on Closely pricing
Closely pricing is low, from $65 for one account to a flat plan from 30. The billing terms and the account risk are the parts to read twice.
Users report restricted accounts, charges after they asked to cancel, and refunds refused. A low price doesn't cover any of that.
If you want a protected account from the first trial day, InMail, bigger Recruiter searches and a plan you can cancel anytime, Replygrow is the better buy on everything but the price tag.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) How much does Closely cost per month?
Closely costs $65 per LinkedIn account a month on Starter, $159 for three accounts and $259 for five. Ten accounts cost $439 on the calculator, and Unlimited is $1,499 from 30. Yearly billing takes 40% off.
2) Which Closely plan should you choose?
Growth if you run three accounts, and Essential if you run five: each costs what the calculator charges without credits, so the credits come free. Use the calculator for two, four or six to 29 accounts, and Unlimited from 30.
3) Does Closely have a free trial?
Yes: seven days with no card. The dedicated proxy isn't allocated during the trial, so Closely advises staying in warm-up mode until you pay.
4) Is there a Closely coupon or lifetime deal?
Seasonal promo codes, yes; a lifetime deal, not right now. The AppSumo deal last ran from March to June 2026. The lasting discount is yearly billing, at 40% off, paid up front.
5) Does Closely give refunds?
Rarely. The policy is no refunds, with a discretionary window of two days after a first purchase. To cancel, you send support a request before the renewal date, with your last payment and a reason. Some Trustpilot reviewers report charges after they asked to cancel.
6) Is Closely's Unlimited plan really unlimited?
No. Its terms cap Unlimited at 100 LinkedIn accounts and 100 email accounts, even though the FAQ promises no usage caps. Beyond that, you submit a request.
7) Closely vs Replygrow pricing: what's the difference?
Closely has the lower price, $439 a month for ten accounts against $711, but users report restricted accounts and charges after cancelling. Replygrow's price buys safety: a proxy in your country from the trial and warm-up on every account, plus InMail, 2,500 leads per Recruiter search and a plan you can cancel anytime.
