HeyReach Pricing 2026: What You'll Really Pay per Sender

HeyReach's plans look simple at first: a price per sender, two bundles and an Unlimited plan. HeyReach pricing starts at $79 per sender a month on the Growth plan, and a sender is one LinkedIn account. Then you add a few accounts, and the math gets slippery. I signed up in August with no card and connected three senders to the trial. Later I bought the proxies its bigger plans need, because those plans don't include them. So here's what each plan really costs you, and where the bill grows past the number on the card.

What HeyReach costs per month

HeyReach's pricing page with the Monthly billing toggle selected, showing the Growth, Agency and Unlimited plan cards
HeyReach's pricing page opens on monthly billing, with Growth, Agency and Unlimited side by side.

HeyReach pricing works per sender. A sender is one LinkedIn account you connect, and your teammates log in for free. So your bill follows your accounts, not your headcount.

The three plans with a price, at the monthly rate:

HeyReach plans, monthly
PlanPriceIncluded
Growth$79 per sender a month ($59 from ten senders)A proxy per sender, unibox, API
Agency$999 a month for 25 sendersClient workspaces, white label, no proxies
Unlimited$2,999 a monthUp to 300 senders, no proxies

For one account, the price is easy to justify. Now say you run an agency with five clients and one account each. You pay $395 a month. Give each client three accounts and you're at $885. Every account you add moves the bill.

Free trial, yearly billing and coupon codes

The free trial gives you 14 days on up to three senders, with no card. It doesn't turn into a paid plan on its own.

When I opened the pricing page, it loaded on monthly. Switch to yearly and Growth drops to $64 per sender a month. You pay for the year up front. Quarterly billing lands in between.

You'll still see Agency at $799 and Unlimited at $1,999 on plenty of review sites. Both are stale. Agency is $999 a month, or $800 a month billed yearly, and Unlimited is $2,999.

There was no HeyReach coupon code when I checked. Small startups can apply for the early stage program. HeyReach publishes no figure for it.

What each HeyReach plan gets you

Credit where it's due: HeyReach pricing is public, and each plan has a clear job. What changes from plan to plan is the work it leaves to you.

Growth ($79 per sender)

Growth is where most people start, and it's the only plan that starts at one sender. Each sender comes with a proxy HeyReach provides, so there's nothing extra to buy. You also get campaigns, the shared inbox, and API and webhook access. On my trial, I put three senders on one campaign, and HeyReach spread the invitations between them. For a handful of accounts, it's the simplest bill on the page.

Watch the ten-sender line. From ten, the lower rate applies to every sender. So nine senders cost you $711 a month, while ten cost $590. If you're close, price it both ways before you buy. One more account can shrink your bill.

Agency ($999 for 25 senders)

Agency is for shops juggling many client accounts. You get 25 senders, client workspaces, one white-label brand and a Slack channel with HeyReach's team. That's about $40 a sender, and from seventeen senders it costs less than Growth. On the card, it's the best deal here.

It comes with two strings attached. Agency doesn't include proxies, so you buy one for every sender and connect it yourself. (Replygrow, our tool, includes one in every account.) It's also a fixed bundle. Say you run twenty client accounts: you pay for 25 anyway, plus twenty proxies. It still beats Growth at that size, just by less than the card suggests. The 50-sender version is $1,399 a month, on the same terms.

Unlimited ($2,999 a month)

Unlimited is for big agencies running hundreds of accounts. You get more enrichment credits, and you can add extra white-label brands at $500 each. The name promises no ceiling.

There is one, though: a fair-use cap of 300 senders. The proxies are yours here too, every one of them, and at that size it's a real job. I'd get the cap terms in writing before you sign.

There's also Done for You, where HeyReach's team runs your outreach for you. You get that price on a sales call.

What you pay on top of the plan

HeyReach's plan cards are accurate. They just aren't the whole bill. And if you use Sales Navigator, that's LinkedIn's bill on any tool.

Proxies on Agency and Unlimited. Growth includes a proxy for every sender, but the bundles don't. I bought mine from BrightData at $3–$4 per proxy a month. Then I connected each one to its sender by hand. You repeat that for every account you add.

Warm-up is yours. HeyReach has no account warm-up feature. Its help center asks you to build each new account up by hand before you connect it. That's time you won't see on the pricing page. Rush it, and you risk a restricted account.

Email is a second tool. HeyReach doesn't send email itself. It hands your leads to Instantly or Smartlead, and you pay for that tool separately. On a white-label account, both integrations switch off.

No refund once a period starts. Cancel mid-cycle and you still pay to the end of it. Downgrades and removed senders also wait for renewal. That hurts most on a yearly plan. If you need a break, pause instead.

Price 25 senders on Agency and you land at $1,074–$1,099 a month with proxies. That's still less than the same senders on Growth. It's just not the number on the card, and the proxy work is yours.

HeyReach pricing vs Replygrow

If you'd rather pay for accounts than set them up, Replygrow is the tool we built for exactly that.

Under ten accounts, you pay the same $79 per account a month or less, and warm-up comes inside the price. Every account includes its own dedicated residential proxy, whether you run one or fifty. From five accounts the rate drops, and it keeps dropping, up to 50% off at fifty accounts. That's the volume discount.

For an agency, that means no proxy shopping as you sign clients. Add an account and it arrives with its proxy, then warms up on its own. When you start a Replygrow trial, each account already has its proxy, so there is nothing to connect.

Here's what each price includes, and what you'd pay each month:

Under ten, that's the same money or less, with warm-up inside. At any size, nobody on your team buys, connects or warms up an account.

Where HeyReach earns its price

For running many LinkedIn accounts from one place, HeyReach does the job well. One person can answer every sender's replies from the shared inbox, which saves an agency real time. And from seventeen senders, the bundles get cheap per account. HeyReach is rated 4.6 from 71 reviews on G2 and 4.1 from 52 on Trustpilot.

Here's HeyReach pricing in two lines. On Growth, the price you see is the bill. On the bundles, it's only the start. HeyReach sells you the senders, and the proxies and the setup are on you.

Picture your agency growing from sixteen senders to 25. You move to Agency, and your bill barely moves. Then you open BrightData, buy a proxy for every sender and connect each one by hand. That part isn't on the card either. None of this makes HeyReach a bad deal. It makes it a deal with homework.

The HeyReach review covers the product itself.

Who HeyReach suits, and who it doesn't

It comes down to how many senders you run, and who sets them up.

Pick HeyReach if

  • You run ten or more senders and price comes first.
  • You already buy proxies and have someone to connect them.
  • Your sender count sits right at 25 or 50, so the bundle is full.

Pick Replygrow if

  • You run under ten accounts, where Replygrow's monthly price matches or beats HeyReach's.
  • You want new accounts warmed up for you, not by hand.
  • You'd rather not buy and connect a proxy for every account past 25.

The bottom line on HeyReach pricing

HeyReach pricing starts at $79 per sender a month, and it gets cheaper as you grow. On Growth, the price is the bill. On the bundles, add a proxy for every sender and the work of connecting it.

Under ten accounts, the price is the same or lower on Replygrow, so the real question is what each account includes. At any size, count the hours your team spends on proxies and warm-up.

HeyReach is a good tool with an honest price list. It's built for agencies that already buy proxies and warm accounts up by hand. If you'd rather skip that work, Replygrow puts it in every account.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) How much does HeyReach cost per month?

HeyReach costs $79 per sender a month on Growth, and one sender is one LinkedIn account. From ten senders, it's $59 each. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders. Yearly and quarterly billing lower every rate.

2) Does HeyReach have a free trial?

Yes. You get 14 days on up to three senders, with no card. That's how I signed up in August. The trial doesn't turn into a paid plan on its own. Agencies can ask for a longer trial of the bigger plans.

3) Is there a HeyReach coupon or discount code?

No. I found no coupon code or sale banner. Sales do happen: in August 2026, a site-wide banner offered up to 30% off. The lasting discounts are yearly billing and the early stage program for small startups.

4) Does HeyReach charge per user or per sender?

Per sender. Each LinkedIn account you connect is billed, and your teammates log in free. Replygrow bills the same way, so compare what each account includes, not the unit.

5) How many credits does HeyReach include?

Growth includes 100 enrichment credits per sender, Agency 1,000 and Unlimited 3,000. Credits pay for enrichment, such as finding a lead's email. They're a one-time allowance, not a monthly refill.

6) Which HeyReach plan should you choose?

Growth, up to sixteen senders: it costs less and includes a proxy for each. From seventeen, Agency is cheaper on paper, but you buy and connect the proxies. Unlimited is for teams past 50 senders.

7) HeyReach vs Replygrow pricing: what's the difference?

Under ten accounts, Replygrow costs the same or less: at five, it's $375 a month against $395. From ten, HeyReach's rate is lower, but its bundles leave proxies to you. Every Replygrow account includes a proxy and warm-up. For more tools side by side, see the comparisons.
