Meet Alfred Pricing 2026: What You'll Really Pay per Seat

Meet Alfred's pricing page greets you with four plans, three billing periods and a toggle set to Annual. Meet Alfred pricing starts at $59 per seat a month on Individual, and one seat is one LinkedIn account. Business, the plan you'll most likely need, is $99. I tried Meet Alfred in September 2026 and ran a campaign in the trial. The first prices I saw were the yearly ones, which you pay up front. So here's what each plan really costs you, and where the bill grows past the card.

What Meet Alfred costs per month

Meet Alfred pricing works per seat. Each seat you buy connects one LinkedIn account, and each user needs a license. So your bill follows your accounts.

The four plans, at the monthly rate:

Meet Alfred plans, monthly
PlanPriceIncluded
Individual$59 per seat a monthNo Sales Navigator, InMail or CSV
Business$99 per seat a monthMost Popular: Sales Navigator, InMail, CSV, email, Zapier
Teams$79 per seat a month (from three seats)All of Business, shared inbox, white label, HubSpot
UnlimitedCustom quoteVolume pricing, success manager, premium SLA

If you run one account, Business is easy to read. Now say your team runs three accounts. On Business, you'd pay $297 a month. On Teams, you pay $237, and get more. The cheaper plan is the bigger one.

Free trial, yearly billing and coupon codes

Meet Alfred's pricing page opens on Annual, the rate you get by paying for a year up front.

Meet Alfred now advertises a 7-day trial, with no card. Mine, in September 2026, ran 14 days. When it ends, your campaigns pause until you pick a plan. Upgrading doesn't restart them, so you restart each one by hand.

When I opened the pricing page, it loaded on Annual. So the first prices you see need a year paid up front. Billed yearly, Business is $59 per seat a month, about 40% off. Pay quarterly, and you save about 20%. Want monthly? Switch the toggle on purpose.

You'll still see Basic, Pro and Team plans on older review sites. Those names changed in October 2026, so check any price quoted under them.

You won't find a public coupon code. The discounts are the billing toggle, plus volume pricing on Unlimited, by quote.

What each Meet Alfred plan gets you

Meet Alfred pricing is public for three plans out of four, which is more than some tools show. Each step up changes what your LinkedIn account can do.

Individual ($59 per seat)

Individual is the starter plan for one person on a free or Premium LinkedIn account. You get campaigns, the smart inbox, greetings and the Lead Finder. For testing the waters, it's enough.

The catch? Individual doesn't support Sales Navigator, InMail or CSV campaigns. (Replygrow, our tool, runs all three on every account.) If your leads live in Sales Navigator, you need Business. So the real entry price is $99, not $59.

Business ($99 per seat)

Business is the plan most buyers need. It adds Sales Navigator, CSV and InMail, email steps, Zapier and webhooks. It's still one user, with no team features.

Here's where people trip up. Teams includes all of Business and costs less per seat. So Business only makes sense for one or two accounts. The card also sells X campaigns. In my trial, they didn't work, and the help center says they're "currently under maintenance".

Teams ($79 per seat, from three)

Teams is for three people or more. You get everything in Business, plus team management, a shared inbox, native HubSpot and Salesforce export, and white label. And you pay $20 less per seat than Business. On the card, it's the best deal here.

Two strings come with it. You buy at least three seats, so the smallest bill is $237 a month. And the price stays flat per seat, however many you add. For a volume price, you ask sales.

Unlimited (quote only)

Unlimited is for large teams. You get volume pricing, a success manager, a premium SLA and round-the-clock priority support. The page doesn't print a price.

You get it through Contact Us. Buying for ten or more? The page points you there too. I'd get the quote in writing before you sign a year with no refunds.

What you pay on top of the plan

Meet Alfred's plan cards are accurate, as far as they go. The bill goes further. If your leads live in Sales Navigator, that seat is LinkedIn's bill, not Meet Alfred's.

A year, paid up front. The page opens on Annual, and the whole year's charge lands the day you buy. It's easy to pay for a year when you meant a month.

No refunds. The help center is blunt: "Once upgraded, we do not offer refunds." You can cancel before the term rolls over, and keep access to its end. You can also pause once, for 30 to 120 days. Pausing drops any promotional discount.

InMail credits are LinkedIn's. By default, an InMail step writes only to Open Profiles and first-degree connections. Switch on credits for the step, and it spends your own LinkedIn InMail credits. Those come with your LinkedIn plan.

Warm-up takes weeks. Meet Alfred's help center advises three or four working hours a day for two or three weeks, then building up. That's your time, not on the card. Push faster, and a restricted account is what you risk.

When I add it up for five accounts on Teams, billed yearly, checkout charges $2,845 that day, with no refund. Add Sales Navigator for each account if your leads live there.

Meet Alfred pricing vs Replygrow

If LinkedIn is your main channel, Replygrow, the tool we built, puts all of it in every account.

Every account runs Sales Navigator, Recruiter, InMail and CSV campaigns, with your own LinkedIn plan. Each one comes with a dedicated residential proxy and warm-up inside. No plan to upgrade for, no three-seat minimum. Billed monthly, you pay $79 per account, less than Business. From five accounts your rate drops, up to 50% off at fifty. That's the volume discount, published, with no quote.

For your team, that means one inbox for every account, from the first one. Add an account, and it arrives with its proxy and warms up on its own.

Here's what each price includes, then the monthly bill by team size:

Individual is $59, but you lose Sales Navigator. Billed monthly, Replygrow costs the same as the plan you'd pick, or less. And nobody on your team upgrades a plan to reach a lead source.

Where Meet Alfred earns its price

Meet Alfred suits a seller who mixes LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence. On Teams, you get a lot in each seat: white label, native CRM export and an account manager. Meet Alfred is rated 4.3 from 939 reviews on Trustpilot and 4.3 from 43 on G2.

Meet Alfred pricing, in a nutshell: commit to a year, and it's cheap. Pay month to month on the plan you need, and it isn't.

Picture a small team. The page opens on Annual, so you buy a year of Teams seats that day. Two months in, LinkedIn is the only channel you use. The year is paid, and there's no refund. It's not a bad deal, either. It's a deal to pick on purpose.

In my trial, the LinkedIn side felt thinner than the rest, and I found the interface dated. The Meet Alfred review goes through the product in full.

Who Meet Alfred suits, and who it doesn't

Your billing period and your lead sources decide most of this.

Pick Meet Alfred if

  • You pay yearly and want the lowest price per seat.
  • You want LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence.
  • You're a team of three or more that wants white label or native HubSpot export.

Pick Replygrow if

  • You pay monthly, where Replygrow costs less than Business and no more than Teams.
  • You want Sales Navigator, Recruiter and InMail campaigns on every account.
  • You'd rather read a volume discount on the price list than ask sales for one.

Torn between the two? Run one campaign on each free trial and compare the replies. Running a team? Replygrow runs several LinkedIn accounts side by side. For other options, see the LinkedIn automation tools ranked.

The bottom line on Meet Alfred pricing

Meet Alfred pricing starts at $59 per seat a month, but the plan most buyers need is Business. Billed yearly, every plan is cheaper, but you pay up front with no refunds.

So pick your billing period first. Pay monthly, and Replygrow costs the same as the plan you'd pick, or less.

Meet Alfred is a fair deal for a multichannel seller who commits to a year. If LinkedIn is your main channel, Replygrow puts every lead source in every account.
