Waalaxy Pricing 2026: What You'll Really Pay per User

Waalaxy's plan cards look cheap at first glance. Waalaxy pricing is $99 per user a month on Advanced, the plan most people need, and one user is one LinkedIn account. The low number you see first is the yearly rate. And the inbox your team replies from is a paid add-on. I started a trial myself, and Waalaxy asked me to pick a plan and enter my card first. So here's what each plan really costs you, and what the plan cards leave out.

What Waalaxy costs per month

Waalaxy pricing works per user. One user connects one LinkedIn account, so a team of five pays for five seats. Waalaxy bills in euros; we show the same figures with a dollar sign.

Enterprise is a quote, for teams of five or more. The other plans, and the Inbox add-on, at the monthly rate:

Waalaxy plans and the Inbox add-on, monthly
PlanPriceIncluded
Pro$39 per user a month300 invitations, 25 email credits, 48-hour support
Advanced$99 per user a month800 invitations, API, MCP, Make and Zapier imports
Business$139 per user a monthCold email, 500 email credits, priority support
Inbox (add-on)$20 per seat a monthReply inbox, after 500 free conversations

Pro looks like the deal, but it caps invitations low, so most people land on Advanced. Now say your sales team has five people. On Advanced, you pay $495 a month. Add the Inbox for each of them and you're at $595. Every seat you add brings its own add-on.

Free trial, yearly billing and coupon codes

The free trial gives you 14 days, and it needs a credit card. When I signed up, I had to pick a plan and a billing period first, then enter my card. That choice is charged when the trial ends, and Waalaxy says it sends no reminder. Miss the date and you've bought a plan.

When I opened the pricing page, it loaded on yearly. So the first price you see is the low one: Advanced at $49 a month billed yearly, with the whole year paid up front in one payment. Downgrades wait for renewal, and the terms say "Any period started is due in full." Quarterly billing lands in between.

That's why so many review sites list the yearly rates as monthly prices. Check the period before you budget.

There was no Waalaxy coupon code when I checked. The only codes are for teams. From five seats, support gives you one worth 10% up to 30% at 40 seats. You have to ask for it.

What each Waalaxy plan gets you

To be fair, Waalaxy pricing is public, with no sales call below Enterprise. Every plan runs in the cloud, with unlimited campaigns from ready-made sequences. What changes from plan to plan is how much you can send.

Pro ($39 per user)

Pro is for one person trying LinkedIn outreach for the first time. You get 300 invitations a month, 25 email finder credits, and support that replies within 48 hours. You can also send prospects to HubSpot, Pipedrive or a webhook. For a light month of outreach, that's enough.

The catch is the cap. Send twenty invitations a workday and you're out in three weeks. Then your campaigns wait for next month. If outreach is part of your job, you'll outgrow Pro fast.

Advanced ($99 per user)

Advanced is the plan most people need, and the one I'd compare. You get 800 invitations a month and live chat that replies within four hours. The API, the MCP server and imports through Make, Zapier or n8n start here. For one busy seller, it covers a full month.

But the Inbox isn't in it. That's another $20 a seat a month. (Replygrow, our tool, puts the inbox in every account.) Ten sellers with the Inbox? You pay $1,190 a month.

Business ($139 per user)

Business is Advanced plus cold email. LinkedIn and email steps run in one campaign, and you get 500 email finder credits a month and priority support. If you want both channels in one tool, this is the plan.

The catch? You pay $40 more per seat for email alone. Five sellers? That's $200 a month on top of Advanced. If you already send email from another tool, skip it.

Enterprise is a quote for bigger teams, with coaching and a Sales Navigator license. Waalaxy also sells Waalaxy AI, a separate product with its own price. This page covers the classic plans.

What you pay on top of the plan

Waalaxy's plan cards are honest about the seats. The bill around them is another matter. Sales Navigator, if you need it, is LinkedIn's bill whichever tool you pick.

The Inbox, per seat. It costs $20 a seat a month after 500 free conversations, on your plan's billing cycle. I read the Inbox FAQ: a LinkedIn tab has to stay open for it to sync. Teammates can't see each other's conversations either. So your team pays per seat and still replies alone.

Warm-up is on you. Waalaxy's help center asks you to warm up each account by hand before you automate. Those hours aren't on any plan card. Skip them, and a restricted account is the risk.

Email credits run out. Pro and Advanced include 25 email finder credits a month. Need more? 1,000 extra cost $40 a month, and they don't roll over.

When I price it out for a team, five Advanced seats with the Inbox come to $595 a month. That's before extra credits, and before the hours your team spends warming up accounts.

Waalaxy pricing vs Replygrow

If you want the inbox in the price and a bill that drops as your team grows, Replygrow is the tool we built for that.

Billed monthly, you pay $79 per account against Advanced's $99, and the inbox comes inside. So do a dedicated residential proxy and automatic warm-up. From five accounts the rate falls, and it keeps falling, up to 50% off at fifty accounts. That's the volume discount, and nobody has to ask support for a code.

For a team, that means one inbox for every account, and anyone with access to an account can answer from it. Teammates log in free, where a Waalaxy admin needs a paying seat. And when you start a Replygrow trial, there's no card to enter.

Here's what the price covers, then what you'd pay billed monthly and billed yearly:

Billed monthly, that's less money at every size, with the inbox inside. At any size, every account comes with its proxy and warm-up, and the discount needs no support ticket.

Where Waalaxy earns its price

For one person on one account, Waalaxy does the job well. You pick a ready-made sequence, and it runs in the cloud while your laptop sleeps. Billed yearly, it's cheap. Waalaxy is rated 4.8 from 1,305 reviews on Trustpilot and 4.5 from 1,585 on G2.

Waalaxy pricing fits in two short lines. The low price you see is the yearly one. And the inbox your team needs is extra.

In my trial, the app felt cluttered and less friendly than other tools. That's a cost too, just not one on the card. Now picture a team of five on yearly billing. They pay for the year on day one, add the Inbox seat by seat, and each answers their own replies. Waalaxy is still fair value. It's just priced for one person, not a team.

The Waalaxy review walks through the product itself.

Who Waalaxy suits, and who it doesn't

It depends on how you pay, and whether your team replies together.

Pick Waalaxy if

  • You run one account, pay yearly and want the lowest bill.
  • You send under 300 invitations a month, so Pro covers you.
  • You want LinkedIn and cold email in one campaign.

Pick Replygrow if

  • You pay monthly, where Replygrow costs less than Advanced from one account up.
  • Your team needs one inbox for every account, inside the price.
  • You want a proxy and warm-up on every account, and no card to start.

Still deciding? Give both trials the same campaign and compare. Running a team? Replygrow puts several LinkedIn accounts on one campaign. The wider field is in the ranked list of LinkedIn automation tools.

The bottom line on Waalaxy pricing

Waalaxy pricing is $99 per user a month on Advanced, and about half that billed yearly. The low price is the yearly one, paid up front, and the Inbox is extra on every seat.

Billed monthly, Replygrow costs less than Advanced from one account up, so the real question is how you pay. At any size, count the Inbox and the warm-up your team does by hand.

Waalaxy is a good tool for one person on a yearly plan. It's built for someone who answers every reply alone. If your team replies together, Replygrow puts the inbox in every account.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) How much does Waalaxy cost per month?

Waalaxy Advanced costs $99 per user a month, and one user is one LinkedIn account. Pro is $39 and Business $139. Billed yearly, each plan drops to about half, paid up front. The Inbox is extra, per seat.

2) Does Waalaxy have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days, but it needs a credit card. You pick a plan and a billing period first, and that choice is charged when the trial ends. That's how my trial started. Waalaxy says it sends no reminder before the first charge.

3) Is there a Waalaxy coupon or discount code?

Not a public one. I found no coupon code. Teams of five or more can ask support for a code worth 10% up to 30% at 40 seats. Yearly billing is the bigger discount.

4) Is Waalaxy's yearly price per month?

Yes, it's shown per month, but you pay the whole year up front, in one payment. Month to month, the same plan is $99, so the price the page opens on isn't what you pay monthly.

5) Is the Inbox included in Waalaxy's price?

No. The Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan, $20 a seat a month after 500 free conversations. It shares your plan's billing cycle, and teammates can't see each other's conversations.

6) Does Waalaxy charge per user or per LinkedIn account?

Both, since one user is one LinkedIn account. A team pays the plan rate times its seats, and an admin needs a paying seat too. Replygrow bills per LinkedIn account and teammates log in free, so compare what each account includes.

7) Waalaxy vs Replygrow pricing: what's the difference?

Billed monthly, Replygrow costs less: $79 per account against Advanced's $99, with the inbox included. Billed yearly, Advanced costs less up to 24 accounts. Every Replygrow account includes a proxy and warm-up. For more tools side by side, see the comparisons.
